The Daily Dhudial News....CHAKWAL....The affectees of development schemes and education stipends of district Chakwal moved their application before the Lahore High Court and these petition were linked with the main petition already pending before the Lahore High Court moved by district nazim Chakwal Sardar Ghulam Abbas and district nazim challenged the decision of Punjab Govt. which stopped the development funds approved by the district council Chakwal. Zafar Cohan advocate filed four petitions of educational stipends affectees and contended that the district council Chakwal approved rupees 30 million for dispersement among the among the intelligent and deserving male and female students of district Chakwal, the funds were available with the district govt. but on malafide intention it was not to be distributed. A resident of village Mohra Thanil also moved an application an contended that the govt. has approved the supply of sui gas to his village but the funds was stopped by the Punjab Govt. The learned justice Shabbar Raza Rizvi on Friday took a serious notice as the ex DCO Chakwal Dr. Jamal Yousaf were absent while DCO Chakwal Tariq Waqar Bakshi and district officer planning was present at the court. District Nazim Chakwal was presented by Amir Butt advocate. The judge ordered that ex DCO must be present on 7th July and adjourned the hearing. It is worth mentioning here that the three members bench of Supreme Court already dismissed the appeal of Punjab Govt. that was moved against the order of Lahore High Court. ...CHAKWAL....A 7 year minor girl was sexually assaulted by a 65year old shop keeper at Basti Allah Wali Chakwal and after a positive test from DHQ hospital Chakwal the accused shopkeeper was arrested and a case was registered against him. The mother of the victim Zahida Firdos told the police that her daughter Rabia Mushtaq went to purchased house hold from the shopkeeper Muhammad Ghous son of Muzafar Khan and after long time when Rabia Mushtaq did not come back she was searched and she was found senseless in front of the shop of Muhammad Ghous. The victim was brought at the house and when she came into her senses she told that the accused shop keeper Muhammad Ghous sexually assaulted her. The girl was immediately rushed to DHQ hospital Chakwal and in medical report it was positive. City police Chakwal registered a case against the accused and after his arrest started investigation....CHAKWAL....2 unidentified persons opened indiscriminate firing on two real brothers near village Sutwal and was managed to make good their escape from the scene. Khalid Mehmood resident of Mohra Thanil told Saddar police that he along with his brother Muhammad Farooq was going back to the village on Motorcycle and when they reached near village Sutwal the two hidden persons appeared on the scene and they opened indiscriminate firing on them. Two each bullets were hit on them and they received multiple bullet injuries. The injured were immediately shifted to DHQ hospital Chakwal and from there they were shifted to Rawalpindi hospital due to their critical condition. Sub inspector Muhammad Ashraf registered and attempt of murder case against the unknown accused and started searching them.
